I decided to DIY my garage door insulation. The last step was taping the insulation seams, and I stupidly removed the bottom bracket holding the cable. My door tilted to the side and refused to open or close. I called ADP in a panic and Dima came out same day to assess the situation.

He called me to update me on his ETA (he was running a little late), which I really appreciate. Then he looked at the damage I caused, told me I was lucky I didn’t hurt myself (indeed), and promptly fixed my door. We also had a good conversation while he worked!!

What I liked the best was his transparency. Adding the insulation meant that I might need to swap out my springs ($) but he said he would adjust the tension and see if that would suffice. It did. He could have upsold me but didn’t. He did warn me that the extra tension might shorten the life of the springs – – something I had read about online.

Overall I’m extremely pleased with ADP and will be using them again. Thanks Dima!

My crooked garage door was fixed within 3 hours of my request for service. I called ADP and talked to a nice person. My call was answered at 3:15 pm and Max was at my garage at 5:15 pm. I was notified by Text and contacted by phone prior to ADP arrival. Repairs were completed by 6:30 pm. Max was very professional and went right to work. He straighten the door and replaced the right side door cable that had jumped track. He then adjusted the tracks and the door springs and remounted the safety sensors to a hard surface rather than the tracks. New rollers and the door was operating like brand new.

A few years ago, Dima and his crew replaced our 28 year-old outdated wood garage door and opener with a new lightweight door and bluetooth/WiFi opener system. What a difference! The new door not only works perfectly, but it also looks great! The pricing was very good and the service installation was outstanding. I recently experienced an issue with the outside security panel so I visited the website and left a service request asking what might be the issue and what was covered under warranty. Dima called me back within 5 minutes to talk about the problem. He said he had an installation the next day and offered to stop by and take a look personally. Within 5 minutes of his visit, he had the security code reprogrammed and the door was again working like a charm! I highly recommend ADP Garage Door Repair and their professional service team for replacement of your old garage door – 5+ stars and very personable service.

I Called ADP Garage Doors because I had a broken spring. Abraham called and said he’d very at my house at 1pm. He arrived on time gave me a fair cost estimate to replace the spring. He was also honest as we both questioned why the door only had on tension coil. After doing some research…Abraham explained why there was only 1 spring and recommended we leave it that way. He completed the job in about 30 minutes and was on his way. He was super friendly and definitely customer focused. I will recommend him and ADP to anyone who asks.
